Founded in 1937 as the New Zealand Ice Skating Association, the New Zealand Ice Figure Skating Association Incorporated (NZIFSA) is the official governing body of ice figure skating in New Zealand. The NZIFSA is a registered charitable organisation that is affiliated to the International Skating Union which governs the sport internationally including at the Olympics.
The Mission of the New Zealand Ice Figure Skating Association is to administer, foster and promote the sport of Ice Figure Skating in New Zealand.
